അധികാരത്തിന് വേണ്ടി വിശ്വാസത്തെ പണയം വെക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ നാടകങ്ങളാണ് ഇന്ന് കേരളത്തിൽ അരങ്ങേറുന്നത്. രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ പരസ്പരം പഴിചാരുന്നതായി അഭിനയിക്കുമ്പോഴും, അണിയറയിൽ അവർ വോട്ടുകൾ പങ്കിട്ടു വാനുറപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ശബരിമലയിലെ ആചാരങ്ങളെയും വിശ്വാസങ്ങളെയും തകർക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് വോട്ട് മറിക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ തന്ത്രങ്ങളിലൂടെ അധികാരം നിലനിർത്താമെന്നാണ് മോഹം. പവിത്രമായ ക്ഷേത്രഭൂമിയെ തങ്ങളുടെ അഴിമതിക്കുള്ള താവളമായി മാറ്റുന്ന ഭരണാധികാരികളും അതിന് മൗനാനുവാദം നൽകുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ നേതൃത്വങ്ങളും ഒരുപോലെ കുറ്റക്കാരാണ്. വോട്ട് ബാങ്ക് ലക്ഷ്യം വെച്ച് നടത്തുന്ന ഈ കച്ചവടം കേരളത്തിലെ ഹൈന്ദവ സമൂഹത്തോടുള്ള വലിയ വഞ്ചനയാണ്.

Corruption and Abuse of Power in Sabarimala
The "stepmotherly" treatment meted out to Sabarimala by the ruling powers, despite its immense significance, is highly protestable. Instead of protecting Sabarimala as a special zone, the government adopts a policy of eyeing its immovable assets and revenue. It is a truth known even to every child in Kerala that Devaswom Minister V.N. Vasavan, local MLA Pramod Narayan, and the Devaswom Board President are colluding to siphon off Sabarimala's wealth. The attempt to plunder goods ten times the amount we have heard of during this period is a massive betrayal of the devotees' sweat and money.
Unholy Political Alliances and Vote Trading
It is equivalent to making fools of the devotees when even an NDA candidate claims that Sabarimala is not an issue at all. It is shameful that the BJP leadership has secured "deals" for these seats with "trading parties" like Twenty20. A secret pact exists to ensure the victory of Pramod Narayan in Ranni and V.N. Vasavan in Ettumanoor. To facilitate this, they first announced a TV actress in Ettumanoor, but later replaced her with a new "avatar" via Twenty20 under the pretext of lack of votes. In exchange, the deal is to divert CPM votes to the BJP in Vattiyoorkavu and Nemom. Someone like Rajeev Chandrasekhar should never have colluded in such low-level political games.
Vote Politics Betraying the Believers
Political dramas that mortgage faith for power are currently playing out in Kerala. While political parties pretend to blame each other, they are secretly ensuring the sharing of votes behind the scenes. Those attempting to destroy the rituals and beliefs of Sabarimala hope to retain power through these vote-shifting tactics. Both the rulers turning sacred temple land into a hub for their corruption and the political leaderships giving silent consent are equally guilty. This trade, aimed at vote banks, is a grand betrayal of the Hindu community in Kerala.
Ayyappan Sees Everything
Above all lies and corruption stands the truth of Sabarimala Ayyappa. Those in power plundering temple property and those conducting vote trades for political gain should remember one thing—Lord Ayyappa is watching all of this. Power gained by deceiving believers will not last long. Time will provide the answer to these unholy alliances and robberies. The devotees who uphold truth and Dharma will surely recognize these traps. It is certain that those who commit Adharma (unrighteousness) in the land of Ayyappa will have to face the consequences.
