സി.പി.എം. ഫണ്ട് വിവാദങ്ങളും സുതാര്യതയില്ലായ്മയും
ബക്കറ്റ് പിരിവിൽ നിന്ന് കോടികളുടെ ഇടപാടുകളിലേക്ക്
പണ്ട് കാലത്ത് കേരളത്തിലെ തെരുവുകളിൽ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ ഫണ്ട് ശേഖരിച്ചിരുന്നത് ബക്കറ്റ് പിരിവുകളിലൂടെയായിരുന്നു. അന്ന് ആ ബക്കറ്റുകളിൽ എത്ര പണം വീണുവെന്നത് 'ദൈവത്തിന് മാത്രം നിശ്ചയമുള്ള' ഒന്നായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഇന്ന് ബക്കറ്റുകൾ മാറി കോടികളുടെ ഫണ്ടുകളാണ് ഒഴുകുന്നത്. കരിമണൽ ഖനനം പോലുള്ള മേഖലകളിൽ നിന്ന് മാസാമാസം 'വിഹിതം' നേതാക്കളിലേക്ക് എത്തുന്ന പുതിയ രാഷ്ട്രീയ സംസ്കാരം ഇവിടെ രൂപപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. പണത്തിന്റെ സ്രോതസ്സോ വിനിയോഗമോ പൊതുജനത്തിന് പരിശോധിക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വിധം അത് ദുരൂഹമായി തുടരുന്നു.
വയനാട് പുനരധിവാസവും മറച്ചുവെക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും
വയനാട് ദുരന്തത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ ഡി.വൈ.എഫ്.ഐ. 'ആക്രി ശേഖരണ'ത്തിലൂടെ സമാഹരിച്ച് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക് നൽകിയ തുകയുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ വലിയ ദുരൂഹത നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു. ഇത്രയധികം കൊട്ടിഘോഷിച്ച് നൽകിയ തുകയുടെ ബാങ്ക് രസീതോ ചെക്കിന്റെ ഒറിജിനൽ പകർപ്പോ വെളിപ്പെടുത്താൻ പാർട്ടി മടിക്കുന്നത് എന്തിനാണ്? മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ദുരിതാശ്വാസ നിധിക്ക് (CMDRF) പുറമെ ടൗൺഷിപ്പ് പ്രോജക്ട് ഇമ്പ്ലിമെന്റേഷൻ യൂണിറ്റിലേക്ക് (PIU) എത്തിയ കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് മണിയും സ്പോൺസർഷിപ്പ് തുകകളും എത്രയാണെന്ന് സർക്കാർ വ്യക്തമാക്കണം. പൊതുജനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് പിരിച്ച പണം എവിടെപ്പോയി എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് മറുപടി നൽകാൻ സർക്കാരിന് ബാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
കൊലപാതകങ്ങളും നേതാക്കളുടെ 'സാമ്പത്തിക വളർച്ചയും'
നാട്ടിൽ എവിടെയെങ്കിലും ഒരു കൊലപാതകം നടന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഫണ്ട് പിരിച്ച് ആ പ്രദേശത്തെ ലോക്കൽ നേതാക്കൾ സാമ്പത്തികമായി രക്ഷപ്പെടുന്ന കാഴ്ചയാണ് ഇന്ന് കേരളം കാണുന്നത്. രക്തസാക്ഷികളുടെ പേരിൽ പിരിക്കുന്ന കോടികൾ പലപ്പോഴും നേതാക്കളുടെ ആസ്തി വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. സ്വന്തം പാർട്ടിക്കു വേണ്ടി ജീവൻ വെടിഞ്ഞവരുടെ കുടുംബത്തിന് കിട്ടുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ വലിയ തുക പാർട്ടി സംവിധാനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഒഴുകുന്നു. പയ്യന്നൂരിലെയും മറ്റും രക്തസാക്ഷി ഫണ്ട് വെട്ടിപ്പുകൾ ഇതിന്റെ ഉത്തമ ഉദാഹരണങ്ങളാണ്.
പ്രളയഫണ്ടും ചാർട്ടേർഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടന്റ് വിവാദവും
2018-2019 കാലഘട്ടത്തിലെ പ്രളയഫണ്ട് വിനിയോഗത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഇന്നും ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ആശങ്കയുണ്ട്. ഈ ഫണ്ടിന്റെ കണക്കുകൾ അവതരിപ്പിക്കാൻ സർക്കാർ കണ്ടെത്തിയ ചാർട്ടേർഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടന്റ് ആരായിരുന്നു എന്ന വിവരം ഇന്നും നിഗൂഢമാണ്. 2019-ലെ ലോക്സഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ സി.പി.എം. വീശിയെറിഞ്ഞ വൻതുക ഈ പ്രളയഫണ്ടിൽ നിന്നാണോ എന്ന് കേരളം സംശയിക്കുന്നു. ദുരിതബാധിതർക്ക് ലഭിക്കേണ്ട തുക പാർട്ടി ഫണ്ടിലേക്കും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചാരണങ്ങളിലേക്കും വകമാറ്റപ്പെട്ടുവെന്ന ആരോപണത്തിന് കൃത്യമായ മറുപടി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
അഭിമന്യു ഫണ്ട് മുതൽ പയ്യന്നൂർ വരെ: നിലയ്ക്കാത്ത വെട്ടിപ്പുകൾ
മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജിലെ അഭിമന്യുവിന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിനായി പിരിച്ച തുകയുടെയും പയ്യന്നൂരിലെ ധനരാജ് ഫണ്ടിന്റെയും കാര്യത്തിൽ ഉയർന്ന വെട്ടിപ്പ് ആരോപണങ്ങൾ പാർട്ടിയെ പ്രതിരോധത്തിലാക്കിയിരുന്നു. അർഹരായ കുടുംബങ്ങളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ പിരിച്ച പണം പാർട്ടി നേതാക്കൾ സ്വന്തം ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചു എന്നത് പകൽ പോലെ വ്യക്തമാണ്. രക്തസാക്ഷികളെപ്പോലും ലാഭത്തിനുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഉപാധിയാക്കി മാറ്റുന്ന ഈ രീതി രാഷ്ട്രീയ ധാർമ്മികതയ്ക്ക് നിരക്കാത്തതാണ്. സർക്കാരും സി.പി.എമ്മും ഈ കണക്കുകളെല്ലാം പുറത്തുവിട്ട് സുതാര്യത ഉറപ്പാക്കണമെന്നതാണ് പൊതുസമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം.

The government is duty-bound to answer where the money collected from the public has gone.
Murders and the 'Financial Growth' of Leaders Today, Kerala witnesses a trend where local leaders thrive financially by collecting funds whenever a political murder occurs. The crores collected in the name of martyrs are often used to increase the assets of leaders. More money flows into party mechanisms than what reaches the families of those who sacrificed their lives for the party. The martyr fund scams in Payyannur and other areas are classic examples of this exploitation.
Flood Relief and the Chartered Accountant Controversy Concerns still linger regarding the utilization of the 2018-2019 flood relief funds. The identity of the Chartered Accountant appointed by the government to present these accounts remains a mystery. Kerala suspects whether the massive amounts spent by the CPM during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections were diverted from this flood relief fund. There has been no clear answer to allegations that money meant for victims was shifted to party funds and election campaigns.
From Abhimanyu Fund to Payyannur: Non-Stop Fraud Allegations of embezzlement regarding the fund collected for the family of Abhimanyu (Maharajas College) and the Dhanaraj fund in Payyannur have put the party on the defensive. It is evident that money collected to help deserving families was used by party leaders for personal needs. Turning even martyrs into tools for profit is against political morality. The public demands that the government and the CPM release all accounts to ensure transparency.
