പ്രദീപിന്റെ മരണത്തിന് തൊട്ടുമുൻപ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സമ്മതമില്ലാതെ കോടതിയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന നിർണായകമായ അന്വേഷണ ഹർജി ദുരൂഹ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പിൻവലിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. മരണത്തിന് തൊട്ടുമുൻപുള്ള ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കടുത്ത വധഭീഷണികളും സൈബർ ആക്രമണങ്ങളും അദ്ദേഹം നേരിട്ടിരുന്നു. ഈ ആസൂത്രിത കൊലപാതക സാധ്യത മുൻനിർത്തിയാണ് കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി കേസിൽ വിപുലമായ തുടരന്വേഷണത്തിന് ഉത്തരവിട്ടത്.

കോഴിക്കോട്ടെ 'മാമി' തിരോധാനം: വൻസ്രാവുകളുടെ വേട്ടനിലങ്ങളും അട്ടിമറിക്കപ്പെട്ട തെളിവുകളും

കോഴിക്കോട്ടെ റിയൽ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് മേഖലയിലെ വൻകിട ഇടപാടുകാരനായ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ആട്ടൂർ എന്ന 'മാമി'യുടെ തിരോധാനം കേവലമൊരു കാണാതാകലല്ല, മറിച്ച് മലബാറിലെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ-ബിസിനസ്സ് അധോലോകത്തിന്റെ കൃത്യമായ ആസൂത്രണമാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന തെളിവുകൾ പുറത്തുവരുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോടും മലബാറിലുമുള്ള വൻകിട വിദേശ മലയാളി വ്യവസായികളുടെ കള്ളപ്പണവും ഭൂമി ഇടപാടുകളും കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്തിരുന്ന മാമിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയ കച്ചവടങ്ങൾ പോലും രണ്ട് മുതൽ നാല് കോടി രൂപ വരെയുള്ളതായിരുന്നു.

കാണാതാകുന്നതിന് ഒരാഴ്ച മുൻപ്, ഏകദേശം ഇരുനൂറ് കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഒരു വൻകിട ഭൂമി ഇടപാടുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് മാമി ദുബായിൽ പോയിരുന്നു. തിരികെ വന്ന മാമി കടുത്ത അസ്വസ്ഥനായിരുന്നു. അധികം വൈകാതെ, പള്ളിയിൽ നിന്നും അസർ നിസ്കാരം കഴിഞ്ഞിറങ്ങിയ മാമിയെ പിന്നീട് ആരും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. കേസിൽ നിർണായകമാകുമായിരുന്ന സിസിടിവി ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ സമയബന്ധിതമായി ശേഖരിക്കാൻ പോലീസ് തയ്യാറാകാതിരുന്നതു മുതൽ അട്ടിമറിയുടെ ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായിരുന്നു.

സോണി എം. ഭട്ടതിരിപ്പാട്: ട്രെയിൻ യാത്രയ്ക്കിടയിലെ ദുരൂഹ തിരോധാനം

മലയാളത്തിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ ഇരുപത്തിനാല് മണിക്കൂർ വാർത്താ ചാനലിന്റെ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ന്യൂസ് എഡിറ്ററായിരുന്ന സോണി എം. ഭട്ടതിരിപ്പാടിന്റെ തിരോധാനം മാധ്യമലോകവും പോലീസും ഒന്നിച്ച് ഒതുക്കിത്തീർത്ത ഒന്നാണ്. ഗോവയിൽ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ചലച്ചിത്രോത്സവം കവർ ചെയ്ത ശേഷം മടങ്ങുകയായിരുന്ന സോണിക്ക് ശാരീരിക അസ്വസ്ഥതകൾ ഉണ്ടായതിനെ തുടർന്ന് മംഗലാപുരത്തെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. വിവരമറിഞ്ഞ് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നാട്ടിലേക്ക് കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ ഭാര്യാപിതാവ് മംഗലാപുരത്തെത്തി. തുടർന്ന് ഇരുവരും മലബാർ എക്സ്പ്രസ് ട്രെയിനിൽ കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചു.

ട്രെയിൻ മംഗലാപുരത്തിനും കാഞ്ഞങ്ങാടിനും ഇടയിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കവേ, ശുചിമുറിയിൽ പോകാനായി എഴുന്നേറ്റ സോണി പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കലും തിരികെ സീറ്റിലെത്തിയില്ല. സോണി ട്രെയിനിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്തേക്ക് ചാടുകയോ വീഴുകയോ ചെയ്തു എന്നായിരുന്നു പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനമെങ്കിൽ, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മൊബൈൽ സിഗ്നൽ ഒടുവിൽ കാണിച്ച ടവർ പരിധി മംഗലാപുരത്തിന് സമീപമായിരുന്നു. ഇത് അദ്ദേഹം ട്രെയിനിൽ വെച്ചല്ല, അതിനു മുൻപോ പിൻപോ മറ്റെവിടെയോ വെച്ചാണ് അപ്രത്യക്ഷനായതെന്ന കടുത്ത സംശയത്തിന് ആക്കം കൂട്ടുന്നു.

കെ.എം. ബഷീർ: ഭരണവർഗ്ഗ അഹന്തയും നശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഡിജിറ്റൽ തെളിവുകളും

'സിറാജ്' പത്രത്തിന്റെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ബ്യൂറോ ചീഫ് ആയിരുന്ന കെ.എം. ബഷീറിനെ കാറിടിച്ച് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ കേസ്, സിവിൽ സർവ്വീസിലെ ഉന്നതരും പോലീസും തമ്മിലുള്ള അവിശുദ്ധ കൂട്ടുകെട്ടിലേക്ക് വിരൽ ചൂണ്ടുന്നു. തിരുവനന്തപുരം പബ്ലിക് ഓഫീസ് സമുച്ചയത്തിന് മുന്നിൽ വെച്ചാണ് മദ്യലഹരിയിലായിരുന്ന പ്രമുഖ ഐ.എ.എസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ശ്രീറാം വെങ്കിട്ടരാമൻ ഓടിച്ച കാർ ബഷീറിന്റെ ബൈക്കിലേക്ക് ഇടിച്ചുകയറുന്നത്. പ്രതി ഉന്നത ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനായതിനാൽ പോലീസ് രക്തപരിശോധന നടത്താൻ ഒൻപത് മണിക്കൂറിലധികം വൈകിപ്പിച്ചു. ശാസ്ത്രീയ തെളിവുകൾ നശിപ്പിക്കാൻ പോലീസ് തന്നെ കൂട്ടുനിന്നു എന്നതിന്റെ തെളിവാണിത്.

ബഷീറിന്റെ സഹോദരൻ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ സമർപ്പിച്ച ഹർജി പ്രകാരം ഇതൊരു വെറും വാഹനാപകടമല്ല, മറിച്ച് ആസൂത്രിത കൊലപാതകമാണ്. അപകടത്തിന് തൊട്ടുമുൻപ് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ കവടിയാറിലുള്ള ഒരു കോഫി ഷോപ്പിന് സമീപം വെച്ച് ശ്രീറാം വെങ്കിട്ടരാമനും സുഹൃത്ത് വഫ ഫിറോസും അതീവ ദുരൂഹമായ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ നിൽക്കുന്നത് ബഷീർ കാണുകയും തന്റെ സ്മാർട്ട്ഫോണിൽ അത് വീഡിയോ ആയി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അപകടം നടന്ന ഉടനെ രക്തം ചിന്തിയ ആ സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നും ബഷീറിന്റെ സ്മാർട്ട്ഫോൺ ദുരൂഹമായി അപ്രത്യക്ഷമായി.

അപകടം നടന്ന് കൃത്യം ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ സിറാജ് പത്രത്തിന്റെ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് ബഷീറിന്റെ നമ്പറിലേക്ക് വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആരോ ഫോൺ എടുക്കുകയും, തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ ഫോൺ എന്നെന്നേക്കുമായി സ്വിച്ച് ഓഫ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഈ ഫോണും അതിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന വീഡിയോയും നശിപ്പിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി കൊലപാതകം ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തതാണെന്ന കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ വാദം നിലനിൽക്കെത്തന്നെ, പോലീസ് സാധാരണ മോട്ടോർ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമാണ് കുറ്റപത്രം നൽകിയത്. ഈ കേസിന്റെ വിചാരണ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെഷൻസ് കോടതിയിൽ നടക്കുകയാണ്.

മിസ് കേരള അൻസി കബീർ, അഞ്ജന ഷാജൻ മരണം: കൊച്ചിയിലെ ലഹരി മാഫിയയും വേട്ടയാടലും

കൊച്ചി വൈറ്റിലയ്ക്ക് സമീപം ചക്കരപ്പറമ്പിൽ ഉണ്ടായ വാഹനാപകടത്തിൽ മുൻ മിസ് കേരള അൻസി കബീറും അഞ്ജന ഷാജനും മരിച്ച സംഭവം കൊച്ചിയിലെ വൻകിട ഹോട്ടലുകൾ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ലഹരി-പെൺവാണിഭ മാഫിയയുടെ ക്രൂരത പുറത്തുകൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതാണ്. കൂടെയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന മുഹമ്മദ് ആഷിഖ് ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം മരണപ്പെടുകയും ഡ്രൈവർ അബ്ദുൾ റഹ്മാൻ പരിക്കുകളോടെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഫോർട്ട് കൊച്ചിയിലെ പ്രമുഖ ഹോട്ടലിൽ നടന്ന രാത്രിപ്പാർട്ടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത മോഡലുകൾക്ക് നേരെ ഹോട്ടലുടമ റോയ് ജെ. വയലാറ്റും അവിടെയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ലഹരി മാഫിയ ബന്ധമുള്ള സൈജു തങ്കച്ചനും മോശം ഉദ്ദേശത്തോടെ അനാവശ്യമായ താല്പര്യങ്ങൾ പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു.

ഇത് നിരസിച്ച് അവിടെനിന്നും രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടോടിയ മോഡലുകളുടെ കാറിനെ സൈജു തങ്കച്ചൻ തന്റെ ആഡംബര കാറിൽ പത്തൊൻപത് കിലോമീറ്ററോളം ദൂരം അതിക്രൂരമായി പിന്തുടർന്ന് വേട്ടയാടി. ഈ ഭയപ്പാടിൽ അമിതവേഗതയിൽ പായേണ്ടി വന്ന കാറാണ് ഒടുവിൽ മരത്തിലിടിച്ച് തകർന്നത്. കാർ ഓടിച്ചിരുന്ന അബ്ദുൾ റഹ്മാൻ കടുത്ത മദ്യലഹരിയിലായിരുന്നു.

അപകടം നടന്നയുടൻ ഹോട്ടലിലെ നിർണായകമായ സിസിടിവി ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ ഹാർഡ് ഡിസ്കുകളും ഡിവിആറും ഹോട്ടലുടമയും ജീവനക്കാരും ചേർന്ന് വേമ്പനാട്ട് കായലിൽ എറിഞ്ഞ് നശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇരകളുടെ ശരീരത്തിൽ ലഹരിമരുന്ന് കലർന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നറിയാനുള്ള രക്ത സാമ്പിളുകൾ കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ശേഖരിക്കാതെ പ്രാദേശിക പോലീസ് മാഫിയയെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചതായി ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ വ്യക്തമായിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് തെളിവь നശിപ്പിച്ചതിന് ഹോട്ടലുടമയും ജീവനക്കാരും, മോഡലുകളെ വേട്ടയാടിയതിന് സൈജു തങ്കച്ചനും ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ അറസ്റ്റിലായെങ്കിലും കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇപ്പോഴും പൂർണ്ണമായ നീതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
