When Ramesh Pisharody campaigned in Palakkad, even leaders like Thomas Isaac—who lived in America and was presumed to have some sense—called him a "Joker." The Leftist goons have declared they will boycott his movies and refuse to laugh at his jokes. Similarly, after Tini Tom participated in the 'Puthuyuga Yathra' in Paravur, the cyber-brigade swarmed to attack his son. While the likes of Sarin play communal cards in Muslim areas for votes and pull strings for the BJP's Shobha at night, the artists are the ones being crucified.
