"നമ്മുടെ വോട്ട് നമ്മുടെ കൗമിലെ പെൺകുട്ടിക്ക്" എന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള മൈക്ക് അനൗൺസ്‌മെന്റുകൾ സിപിഎമ്മിന്റെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാപ്പരത്തമാണ് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്. തോൽവി ഭയന്നാണ് ഇത്തരത്തിൽ പച്ചയായ വർഗീയത സിപിഎം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിൽ സിപിഎമ്മിന്റെ തകർച്ച പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതിന്റെ ലക്ഷണമാണിത്. ഫാത്തിമ തഹ്‌ലിയ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന ആവേശത്തെ ഭയന്നാണ് ടി.പി. രാമകൃഷ്ണനെപ്പോലുള്ള മുതിർന്ന നേതാക്കൾക്ക് ഇത്തരം താഴ്ന്ന നിലവാരത്തിലുള്ള പ്രചാരണ തന്ത്രങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നത്.

ഗുരുവായൂർ മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണൻ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരസ്യ ബോർഡുകൾ ബിജെപി പ്രവർത്തകരെപ്പോലും ലജ്ജിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഗുരുവായൂരിൽ ഇതുവരെ ജയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള എംഎൽഎമാരുടെ മുസ്ലിം നാമങ്ങളെ ചൊല്ലിയുള്ള അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വിലാപം രാഷ്ട്രീയമായ അധഃപതനമാണ്. ആദ്യം കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ പരിഗണിച്ചിരുന്ന ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണനെ അവിടുത്തെ ബിജെപിക്കാർ തന്നെ വേണ്ടെന്ന് വെച്ചതാണ്. അവിടെ ഉമ്മൻചാണ്ടിയുടെ മരുമകനെ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയാക്കിയ ബിജെപി, ഗുരുവായൂരിൽ മാത്രം വർഗീയ കാർഡ് ഇറക്കി വോട്ട് പിടിക്കാൻ നോക്കുന്നത് പരിഹാസ്യമാണ്.

ബിജെപിയുടെ വൈരുദ്ധ്യാത്മക രാഷ്ട്രീയം: ഗുരുവായൂർ vs റാന്നി

മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ വ്യക്തിജീവിതത്തെയും സ്ത്രീവിഷയങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ച് കവലപ്രസംഗങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്ന നേതാക്കൾ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് കൂടി നോക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. പാവപ്പെട്ട മഹിളാ മോർച്ചാ പ്രവർത്തകരെ കൂട്ടി ജാഥ നയിക്കുന്നവരുടെ പിന്നാമ്പുറം പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ അവിഹിത ബന്ധങ്ങളുടെയും പരാതികളുടെയും ലിവിങ്ങ് ടുഗദർ ബന്ധങ്ങളും മറ്റൊരു കുടുംബത്തെ വഴിയാധാരമാക്കിയതും പോലെയുള്ള നാറിയ കഥകളാണ് കേൾക്കാനുള്ളത്. മുസ്ലിം നാമധാരികൾ വന്നാൽ പുണ്യഭൂമി നശിക്കുമെന്ന് പറയുന്നവർ തന്നെ മറ്റൊരു പുണ്യഭൂമിയിൽ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനിയെ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയാക്കുന്നതിലെ വൈരുദ്ധ്യം കേരളീയ പൊതുസമൂഹം ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും.

We are currently witnessing the political landscape of Kerala shifting toward a North Indian model of communal polarization. The latest example of this is the incident in Vadakkanthara, Palakkad, where UDF candidate Ramesh Pisharody was blocked and verbally abused by a BJP woman councilor during his campaign. This tendency to obstruct candidates is completely unbecoming of a democracy. In a state ruled by the LDF, the trend of denying other parties entry into a municipal ward indicates a dangerous situation. The CPM's silence on these matters is reminiscent of their infamous "Party Villages" (Party Gramam).

BJP’s Arrogance and the Palakkad Political Climate

It is evaluated that the arrogance and intolerance of the current BJP candidate, Sobha Surendran, will only worsen matters in the coming days. The public suspects whether the BJP is evolving into a style where other parties are not allowed to enter the constituency. The BJP councilor from Vadakkanthara, Sindhu Rajan, is currently out on bail in a similar case. There is a strong case for taking strict legal action, including KAAPA, against such individuals who challenge the rule of law. People view these moves, which sow seeds of intolerance in Kerala’s soil, with utmost seriousness.

Intrusion into Dietary Freedom and the LDF Stand

In villages like Kalpathy, the BJP candidate is campaigning with bizarre promises, such as making the Palakkad Municipality "meat and fish-free." There is strong criticism that the LDF is tacitly supporting this intrusion into people’s dietary freedom. When the public took up the issue of blocking the UDF candidate, the BJP candidate attempted to deflect it by framing it as a "women’s issue," but such tactics will not work. Those who uphold personal morality would do well to examine the background stories of candidate Sobha Surendran.

‘Green Communalism’ in Perambra: CPM as BJP’s B-Team

On the other side, in Perambra, we see the CPM directly unleashing communal campaigning. Mike announcements like "Our vote for the girl from our community" reveal the political bankruptcy of the CPM. It is evident to everyone that such blatant communalism is being spread out of fear of defeat. This marks the complete collapse of the CPM in the Kozhikode district. It is the fear of the momentum created by Fathima Thahliya that has forced a veteran leader like T.P. Ramakrishnan to resort to such low-level tactics.

The Guruvayur Billboard Controversy: Gopalakrishnan’s Communal Politics

The advertisement boards installed by BJP candidate B. Gopalakrishnan in the Guruvayur constituency are embarrassing even to BJP workers. His lamentation over the Muslim names of MLAs who have won in Guruvayur so far represents a total political degradation. Gopalakrishnan was initially considered for Kodungallur, a BJP 'A-Class' constituency, but local BJP members rejected him. It is ironic that while the BJP fielded Oommen Chandy’s son-in-law (a Christian) in Kodungallur, they are playing the communal card only in Guruvayur to garner votes.

BJP’s Dialectical Politics: Guruvayur vs. Ranni

When Gopalakrishnan and Rajeev Chandrasekhar proclaim that "Guruvayur is a holy land and a Hindu MLA should come there," the BJP's double standards are exposed. They conveniently forget—or choose to ignore—that in Ranni, which includes Sabarimala (the largest pilgrimage center in South India), the BJP-led alliance candidate is a Christian, specifically a Pentecostal Christian. This "dialectical materialism" currently happening within the Kerala BJP is being recognized by the public.

The Hypocrisy of Morality

Leaders who conduct junction speeches and torchlight marches raking up the personal lives of young politicians should look into their own lives. If one examines the background of the leader leading the Mahila Morcha workers, there are foul stories of illicit affairs, complaints of living together, and the ruining of another family. The contradiction of claiming that "holy lands will be destroyed if someone with a Muslim name becomes an MLA" while fielding a Pentecostal Christian in another holy land will certainly be debated by the Kerala public.
