മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ പരീക്ഷാ ബോർഡ് നടത്തിയ അഴിമതികൾ കേവലം ഒരു സാമ്പത്തിക ക്രമക്കേടല്ല, മറിച്ച് അതൊരു വലിയ ക്രിമിനൽ മാഫിയയുടെ വിളയാട്ടമായിരുന്നു. മെഡിക്കൽ പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷകളിലും സർക്കാർ ജോലി നിയമനങ്ങളിലും യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവരെ പൂർണ്ണമായി പുറന്തള്ളി പണമുള്ളവരെ തിരുകിക്കയറ്റാൻ ഈ മാഫിയ ഉപയോഗിച്ച വഴികൾ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
മിടുക്കരായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വലിയ തുക നൽകി മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് വേണ്ടി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിക്കുക, പണം നൽകിയ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയുടെ തൊട്ടുമുന്നിൽ കോപ്പിയടിക്കാൻ പാകത്തിന് ആളെ ഇരുത്തുക, ഒഴിഞ്ഞുകിടക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ തന്നെ ഓഫീസ് മുറിയിലിരുന്ന് പൂരിപ്പിക്കുക തുടങ്ങി എല്ലാത്തരം അധർമ്മങ്ങളും അവിടെ നടന്നു.
എന്നാൽ ഈ അഴിമതിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഇരുണ്ട വശം അതിന്റെ ക്രൂരതയാണ്. ഈ കേവലം പണം വാങ്ങി റാങ്ക് വിറ്റ തട്ടിപ്പ് പുറത്തുകൊണ്ടുവരാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചവരും അതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുമായ നാൽപതിലധികം മനുഷ്യരാണ് ദുരൂഹസാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ കൊലചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. അഴിമതിയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താവെന്ന് സംശയിക്കപ്പെട്ട നമ്രത ദാമോർ എന്ന 19 വയസ്സുകാരി മെഡിക്കൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിനിയുടെ മൃതദേഹം റെയിൽവേ ട്രാക്കിൽ വികൃതമാക്കപ്പെട്ട നിലയിലാണ് കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. മുഖത്ത് ബലമായി അമർത്തി ശ്വാസം മുട്ടിച്ചു കൊന്നതാണെന്ന് പോസ്റ്റ്മോർട്ടം റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നിട്ടും അത് ആത്മഹത്യയാണെന്ന് വരുത്തിതീർക്കാൻ ഭരണകൂടം ശ്രമിച്ചു. ഈ മരണങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിച്ച അക്ഷയ് സിംഗ് എന്ന മാധ്യമപ്രവർത്തകൻ പെട്ടെന്ന് രക്തം ഛർദ്ദിച്ച് കുഴഞ്ഞുവീണ് മരിച്ചു.
അഴിമതിയുടെ രേഖകൾ കൈമാറാനിരുന്ന ജബൽപൂർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ഡീൻ ഡോ. ഡി.കെ. സകല്ലെയെ തീകൊളുത്തി മരിച്ച നിലയിലും, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ശേഷം വന്ന അടുത്ത ഡീൻ ഡോ. അരുൺ ശർമ്മയെ ഹോട്ടൽ മുറിയിലും മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തി. സാക്ഷികളെയും പ്രതികളെയും ഒരുപോലെ വേട്ടയാടി കൊന്നൊടുക്കിയ ഒരു മാഫിയയാണ് നമ്മുടെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വ്യവസ്ഥയെ നിയന്ത്രിച്ചിരുന്നത്.

The future of a nation should be determined by the blackboards in its classrooms and the hard work of its students. Unfortunately, today, examination halls in India have turned into killing fields reeking of corruption, nepotism, and blood. A parallel mafia system operates in broad daylight, stamping out the children of the common man who study with their sweat and blood, while rolling out the red carpet for those with money and political clout. We cannot move forward without exposing this rotten educational culture of the country and reacting against it.
The Deep Abyss of the Vyapam Scam: A Theft Shadowed by Death
The corruption perpetrated by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board was not merely a financial irregularity; it was the unchecked rampage of a massive criminal mafia. The methods used by this mafia to completely push out deserving students and smuggle in those with money in medical entrance exams and government job recruitment are terrifying. All kinds of injustices took place there: paying huge sums to bright students to write exams on behalf of others, intentionally seating a proxy candidate right in front of a paying student to facilitate cheating, and having officials themselves sit in office rooms after the exam to fill out blank answer sheets.
However, the darkest aspect of this scam is its sheer brutality. More than forty people—including journalists who tried to expose this racket of selling ranks for money, investigative officers, and witnesses—were murdered under mysterious circumstances. The 19-year-old medical student Namrata Damor, suspected to be a beneficiary of the scam, was found dead on a railway track with her body mutilated. Despite the post-mortem report indicating she was strangled to death by force, the government tried to paint it as a suicide. Akshay Singh, a journalist investigating these deaths, suddenly vomited blood and collapsed dead while interviewing Namrata's family. Dr. D.K. Sakalle, the dean of Jabalpur Medical College who was about to hand over corruption documents to the investigation team, was found burned to death. The next dean who succeeded him, Dr. Arun Sharma, was found dead in a Delhi hotel room. A mafia that hunted down and killed witnesses and defendants alike was controlling our education system.
National Medical Exam Scams: Centralized Looting and Systemic Darkness
Exam scams that were once confined to individual states have now grown and spread nationally. Even the national systems brought in with the idea of "one nation, one medical entrance exam" are today in the hands of mafias. Moving away from local agents, the high-ranking officials within the most confidential departments of exam conducting bodies and the professors who set the exam papers are themselves at the head of this mafia.
An interstate criminal network spanning from one end of India to the other—including states like Rajasthan, Haryana, Maharashtra, and Kerala—is working behind this. Genuine question papers are sold for crores of rupees to large coaching centers and local agents days before the exam. These questions are exchanged in secret groups for 5 to 10 lakh rupees. While a poor student who misses a medical seat by a single mark works hard for years, the children of moneybags who buy and memorize the question papers in advance climb to the top of the rank list. While poor parents sacrifice their lifetime savings in coaching centers for their children's education, these mafias laugh at their hard work.
Regional Lobbies in Administrative Examinations
The stain of this corruption is not limited to medical exams alone. Even the supreme civil service examinations, described as the backbone of the country, are cast under a shadow of disbelief today. Certain regional political-bureaucratic forces and lobbies exert great influence over these exams. When undeserving individuals reach top bureaucratic chairs by forging fake medical certificates and manipulating reservation benefits, the judicial and administrative systems of the country crumble.
Credentials of Rulers and the Lack of Transparency
A common citizen at the grassroots level has to produce hundreds of original copies of documents when applying for a small job. Yet, in the same country, when controversies arise regarding the educational qualifications and certificates of those sitting at the top of the administration, the government is not ready to provide a clear answer even under the Right to Information Act. This state of affairs, where the qualifications of the nation's top leaders are not transparent, gives corrupt elements down the line the audacity to despise the legal system.
It’s Not Without Reason That Cockroaches Are Born Here!
The rise of certain destructive trends in our society and politics is the natural reflection of this decayed system. When youth realize that no matter how much they study, they cannot succeed without money and influence, they completely lose faith in the democratic framework.
It is in such a hopeless environment that "Cockroach Political Groups"—which operate solely for selfish gains—are born in society. Like cockroaches that live only in gutters and pollute the system further, these groups do nothing for the good of the country. मध्य प्रदेश व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मंडल द्वारा किया गया भ्रष्टाचार केवल एक वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी नहीं था, बल्कि एक बहुत बड़े आपराधिक माफिया का खूनी खेल था। मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षाओं और सरकारी नौकरियों की भर्तियों में योग्य उम्मीदवारों को पूरी तरह बाहर कर पैसे वालों को घुसाने के लिए इस माफिया ने जो तरीके अपनाए, वे दहला देने वाले हैं। मेधावी छात्रों को भारी रकम देकर दूसरों के नाम पर परीक्षा दिलवाना, नकल कराने के लिए पैसे देने वाले छात्र के ठीक आगे प्रॉक्सी उम्मीदवार को बैठाना, और परीक्षा के बाद खाली छोड़ी गई उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को अधिकारियों द्वारा खुद दफ्तर में बैठकर भरना, जैसे हर तरह के अधर्म वहाँ हुए।
लेकिन इस घोटाले का सबसे काला और डरावना पहलू इसकी क्रूरता है। पैसों के दम पर रैंक बेचने के इस खेल को बेनकाब करने की कोशिश करने वाले पत्रकारों, जांच अधिकारियों और गवाहों समेत 40 से अधिक लोगों की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में हत्या कर दी गई। घोटाले की लाभार्थी मानी जाने वाली 19 वर्षीय मेडिकल छात्रा नम्रता डामोर का शव रेलवे ट्रैक पर क्षत-विक्षत हालत में मिला था। पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में साफ था कि उसका गला घोंटकर हत्या की गई थी, फिर भी शासन ने इसे आत्महत्या साबित करने की कोशिश की। इन मौतों की जांच कर रहे पत्रकार अक्षय सिंह नम्रता के परिवार का इंटरव्यू लेते समय अचानक खून की उल्टी करके गिर पड़े और उनकी मौत हो गई। जांच टीम को घोटाले के दस्तावेज सौंपने वाले जबलपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज के डीन डॉ. डी.के. सकल्ले की जलकर मौत हो गई, और उनके बाद आए अगले डीन डॉ. अरुण शर्मा दिल्ली के एक होटल के कमरे में मृत पाए गए। गवाहों और आरोपियों को एक समान चुन-चुनकर मारने वाला माफिया हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था को नियंत्रित कर रहा था।
2. राष्ट्रीय मेडिकल परीक्षा घोटाले: केंद्रीकृत लूट और व्यवस्थागत अंधकार
राज्यों तक सीमित रहने वाले परीक्षा घोटाले आज राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पैर पसार चुके हैं। "एक देश, एक मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा" के विचार के साथ लाए गए राष्ट्रीय तंत्र भी आज माफियाओं के चंगुल में हैं। स्थानीय एजेंटों से आगे बढ़कर, परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली एजेंसियों के सबसे गोपनीय विभागों के उच्च अधिकारी और प्रश्नपत्र तैयार करने वाले प्रोफेसर खुद इस माफिया के सरगना बने बैठे हैं।
राजस्थान, हरियाणा, महाराष्ट्र और केरल जैसे राज्यों तक, भारत के एक कोने से दूसरे कोने तक फैला एक अंतरराज्यीय आपराधिक नेटवर्क इसके पीछे काम कर रहा है। परीक्षा से कई दिन पहले ही असली प्रश्नपत्र बड़े-बड़े कोचिंग सेंटरों और स्थानीय एजेंटों को करोड़ों रुपये में बेच दिए जाते हैं। गुप्त व्हाट्सएप और टेलीग्राम ग्रुपों में ये प्रश्न 5 से 10 लाख रुपये में बेचे जाते हैं। जहाँ एक तरफ एक-एक नंबर के अंतर से मेडिकल सीट गंवाने वाला गरीब छात्र बरसों तक खून-पसीना बहाता है, वहीं प्रश्नपत्र खरीदकर रटने वाले अमीरजादे रैंक लिस्ट में सबसे ऊपर आ जाते हैं। गरीब माता-पिता अपने बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए जीवनभर की पूंजी कोचिंग सेंटरों में झोंक देते हैं, और यह माफिया उनकी मेहनत का मज़ाक उड़ाता है।
3. प्रशासनिक परीक्षाओं में क्षेत्रीय लॉबी का खेल
इस भ्रष्टाचार के दाग सिर्फ मेडिकल परीक्षाओं तक ही सीमित नहीं हैं। देश की रीढ़ मानी जाने वाली सर्वोच्च सिविल सेवा परीक्षाओं को भी आज अविश्वास के घेरे में खड़ा कर दिया गया है। कुछ क्षेत्रीय राजनीतिक-प्रशासनिक ताकतें और लॉबियां इन परीक्षाओं में बड़े पैमाने पर प्रभाव डालती हैं। फर्जी मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट बनवाकर और आरक्षण के लाभों में हेराफेरी करके जब अयोग्य लोग उच्च प्रशासनिक कुर्सियों पर बैठते हैं, तो देश की न्याय और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की नींव हिल जाती है।
4. शासकों के सर्टिफिकेट और पारदर्शिता का अभाव
जमीनी स्तर पर एक आम नागरिक को एक छोटी सी नौकरी के लिए आवेदन करते समय सैकड़ों दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रतियां जमा करनी पड़ती हैं। लेकिन उसी देश में, जब सत्ता के शीर्ष पर बैठे लोगों की शैक्षणिक योग्यताओं और प्रमाणपत्रों पर सवाल उठते हैं, तो सरकार सूचना का अधिकार (RTI) के तहत भी स्पष्ट जवाब देने को तैयार नहीं होती। देश के शीर्ष नेताओं की योग्यताएं पारदर्शी न होने की यह स्थिति नीचे बैठे भ्रष्टाचारियों को कानून व्यवस्था को ठेंगे पर रखने की हिम्मत देती है।
यूं ही नहीं यहाँ कॉकरोच (पात्रायें) जनम लेते!
हमारी सामाजिक और राजनीतिक व्यवस्था में कुछ विनाशकारी प्रवृत्तियों का उभरना इसी सड़ चुकी व्यवस्था का स्वाभाविक परिणाम है। जब युवाओं को यह समझ आ जाता है कि वे चाहे जितनी पढ़ाई कर लें, बिना पैसे और रसूख के वे सफल नहीं हो सकते, तो उनका लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था से भरोसा पूरी तरह उठ जाता है।
इसी घोर निराशा के माहौल में समाज में विनाशकारी, केवल स्वार्थ के लिए काम करने वाले 'कॉकरोच राजनीतिक गुट' जनम लेते हैं। गटर के गंदे पानी में रहने वाले और व्यवस्था को और अधिक प्रदूषित करने वाले कॉकरोचों की तरह, ये गुट भी देश की भलाई के लिए कुछ नहीं करते। एक बेहतर व्यवस्था बनाने के बजाय, सब कुछ तहस-नहस करने की अराजकता की ओर युवाओं के मुड़ने की असली वजह ये शिक्षा माफिया ही हैं। जब युवाओं को यकीन हो जाता है कि सिस्टम उनका साथ नहीं देगा, तो वे इस तरह के रास्तों पर निकल पड़ते हैं। जो सरकार सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार और भाई-भतीजावाद की आदी हो चुकी हो, उससे और उम्मीद भी क्या की जा सकती है?
छात्रों के लिए एक गंभीर चेतावनी!
प्रिय छात्रों, आज आप जो परीक्षा प्रणाली देख रहे हैं, वह आपके ज्ञान को मापने के लिए नहीं है, बल्कि पैसे वालों के सामने आपके सपनों को नीलाम करने का एक मंच है। जब आप रातों को जागकर, भूख भूलकर पढ़ाई कर रहे होते हैं, तब अरबपतियों के बच्चे प्रश्नपत्र खरीदकर हंस रहे होते हैं। आप जो परीक्षा देने जा रहे हैं, वह शायद आपके वहां पहुंचने से पहले ही बिक चुकी होती है! याद रखें: अगर आपने आज इस सड़ चुकी व्यवस्था के खिलाफ आवाज नहीं उठाई, तो कल आप चाहे जितने भी प्रतिभाशाली क्यों न हों, आपको इन माफियाओं का गुलाम बनकर जीना पड़ेगा। जब प्रश्नपत्र लीक होते हैं और अयोग्य लोग सत्ता की कुर्सियों पर बैठते हैं, तब अगर आप चुप रहते हैं, तो आप भी इस भ्रष्टाचार के भागीदार बन जाते हैं। आपकी खामोशी इन लुटेरों का लाइसेंस है। विरोध कीजिए, वरना आपका भविष्य इसी गटर में खत्म हो जाएगा!
