നവകേരളസദസ്സിലെ വോട്ട് കച്ചവടം!
കേരളം മറ്റൊരു നിയമസഭാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ പടിവാതിൽക്കൽ നിൽക്കുകയാണ്. ഭരണത്തുടർച്ചയ്ക്കായി എൽ.ഡി.എഫ് സർക്കാരും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും പയറ്റുന്ന തന്ത്രങ്ങൾ വെറും രാഷ്ട്രീയമല്ല, മറിച്ച് പച്ചയായ അവസരവാദത്തിന്റെ പുതിയ അധ്യായങ്ങളാണ്. കോടിക്കണക്കിന് രൂപ മുടക്കിയുള്ള പി.ആർ. വർക്കുകൾക്കും പരസ്യ ബോർഡുകൾക്കും പിന്നിൽ ഒളിപ്പിച്ചുവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ആ ഇരട്ടത്താപ്പുകൾ തുറന്നുകാട്ടപ്പെടേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
വോട്ടിലെ ‘വിശുദ്ധിയും’ ‘അശുദ്ധിയും’
മുന്നണിക്ക് പുറത്തുള്ള എസ്.ഡി.പി.ഐ - പി.ഡി.പി വോട്ടുകൾ ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ പിൻവാതിലിലൂടെ ചർച്ചകൾ നടക്കുമ്പോൾ അതൊന്നും വർഗീയതയല്ല! ഇ.പി. ജയരാജനും, എ. വിജയരാഘവനും, വി. ശിവൻകുട്ടിയുംആരുടെയും വോട്ട് വേണ്ടെന്നു പറയില്ല. എസ്.ഡി.പി.ഐ എന്ന് ഉച്ചത്തിൽ നാവനക്കരുതെന്നേയുള്ളു, വോട്ട് നിശബ്ദമായി വാങ്ങാം. എന്നാൽ ഇതേ വോട്ടുകൾ പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചാൽ അത് ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന് ഭീഷണിയാകും. തങ്ങൾക്ക് കിട്ടുന്ന വോട്ട് പുണ്യവും മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് കിട്ടുന്നത് പാപവുമാകുന്ന ഈ 'വിശുദ്ധീകരണ' പ്രക്രിയയാണ് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ പുരോഗമന രാഷ്ട്രീയം.
സദാചാരവും അധികാരത്തിന്റെ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് കാറും
ഇവിടെ നീതി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നത് ആൾരൂപം നോക്കിയാണ്. പെണ്ണുകേസുകളിൽ പെട്ടവർക്ക് ഭരണത്തിൽ മന്ത്രിയാകാം, ഭാര്യയെ തല്ലിയവർക്ക് മന്ത്രിയാകാം, എം.എൽ.എ ആകാം, അതുമല്ലെങ്കിൽ മകളുടെ ഭർത്താവുമാകാം! സ്വന്തം നേതാവിന്റെ മകളെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചവർക്ക് പോലും ഇവിടെ പൊളിറ്റിക്കൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയാകാം. അവർക്ക് നിയമത്തിന്റെ പരിരക്ഷയിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് കാറിൽ വിലസി നടക്കാം. എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പുറത്ത് രാഷ്ട്രീയ എതിരാളികളെ നട്ടപ്പാതിരയ്ക്ക് പോലീസിനെ വിട്ട് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യിക്കാം. ലളിതമായി പറഞ്ഞാൽ, നമ്മളിട്ടാൽ ബർമുഡ, മറ്റവൻ ഇട്ടാൽ കളസം!ഇതാണ് ഇരട്ടച്ചങ്കൻ കേരളത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന സമത്വ സുന്ദരമായ നീതി.
ഫണ്ട് മുക്കലും 'വെട്ടിവിഴുങ്ങൽ' രാഷ്ട്രീയവും
ജനങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണീരൊപ്പാൻ സ്വരൂപിക്കുന്ന നിധികളിൽ പോലും കൈയിട്ടുവാരാൻ മടിയില്ലാത്തവരായി ഇവർ മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു. പ്രളയഫണ്ട് മുക്കി കട്ടൻ ചായയും ബണ്ണും മുക്കി അടിക്കുന്നവർ, പാവപ്പെട്ട രക്തസാക്ഷികളുടെ കുടുംബത്തിന് നൽകേണ്ട ഫണ്ട് മുക്കി പൊറോട്ടയും ബീഫും വെട്ടി വിഴുങ്ങുന്നവർ, ചൂരൽമല ദുരന്തബാധിതർക്കുള്ള ഫണ്ട് മുക്കി ബിരിയാണി വിളമ്പുന്നവർ... ഇവരാണ് പുരോഗമനത്തിന്റെ വക്താക്കൾ! ശബരിമല അയ്യപ്പന്റെ സ്വർണ്ണം പോലും മുക്കി പായസം വെച്ചവർ ഇപ്പോൾ വയനാട് ഫണ്ടിന്റെ പേരും പറഞ്ഞ് അവസാന അടവുകൾ പയറ്റുകയാണ്. ദുരന്തങ്ങളെപ്പോലും ലാഭകരമായ കച്ചവടമാക്കുന്ന ഈ രീതി കേരളത്തിന് അപമാനമാണ്.
ആർ.എസ്.എസ് ചട്ടുകമാകുന്ന ഭരണകൂടം
ന്യൂനപക്ഷ വിരുദ്ധത കെട്ടഴിച്ചുവിട്ടും സാമുദായിക സംഘർഷത്തിന്റെ വിത്തുകൾ പാകിയും ആർ.എസ്.എസ് അജണ്ടകൾക്ക് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് കളമൊരുങ്ങുകയാണ്. ആർ.എസ്.എസ് ചട്ടുകമായ വെള്ളാപ്പള്ളി നടേശന്റെ മുസ്ലീംവിരുദ്ധ വായ്ത്താരികൾക്ക് താളമിടാൻ ഭരണകൂടം തയ്യാറാകുന്നു. ആർ.എസ്.എസ് പഠിപ്പിച്ച അതേ വിദ്വേഷ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ ഭാഷയിലാണ് ഭരണപക്ഷത്തെ 'അടിമനാവുകൾ' ഇപ്പോൾ കോറസ് പാടുന്നത്. ഒരുകാലത്ത് ജമാഅത്തെ ആപ്പീസിൽ പോയി വണങ്ങി എം.പി സ്ഥാനം വാങ്ങിയവർ തന്നെ ഇന്ന് അവരെ തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞ് യു.ഡി.എഫിനെ കുരുക്കുന്നത് ഹീറോയിസമായി ആഘോഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
അഴിമതിയുടെ ‘വാഷിംഗ് മെഷീൻ’ രാഷ്ട്രീയം
മുമ്പ് സാമുദായിക പാർട്ടിയെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് അകറ്റിനിർത്തിയ ഐ.എൻ.എല്ലും, പള്ളിയെയും പട്ടക്കാരെയും തള്ളിപ്പറയാത്തതിനാൽ പുറത്തുനിർത്തിയ കേരള കോൺഗ്രസ് മാണി ഗ്രൂപ്പും ഇന്ന് ഇടത് മുന്നണിയുടെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരാണ്. അഴിമതിക്കേസിൽ ജയിലിൽ പോയ ഏക നേതാവിന്റെ പാർട്ടിയായ ആർ. ബാലകൃഷ്ണപിള്ളവിഭാഗത്തെയും ഇന്ന് നെഞ്ചേറ്റുന്നു. കാരണം അവരെല്ലാം പുതിയ രക്ഷകന്റെ കാൽക്കൽ വീണ് ക്ഷമയിരന്നു! അഴിമതിക്കാരും വർഗീയവാദികളും ‘ക്യാപ്റ്റന്റെ’ കാൽക്കൽ വീണതോടെ പരിശുദ്ധരായി മാറി.
മൂന്നാമത്തെ കാലടിക്ക് ശിരസ്സ് താഴ്ത്തണോ?
ഭരണത്തിനെതിരെ വോട്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ വരുന്നവർ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലും കേരളത്തിലും ഭരിക്കുന്നവരെ തോൽപ്പിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നവർക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യും. എന്നാൽ പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നത് തെറ്റാണെന്നും അത് വർഗീയമാണെന്നും വരുത്തിത്തീർക്കാൻ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിൽ കൂലംകുത്തിച്ചാടുകയാണ് പി.ആർ. ഏജൻസികൾ. തങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുകൂലമായതെല്ലാം ഭൂഷണമായി കാണുന്ന ഈ അധികാരമോഹത്തിന് മുന്നിൽ കേരളം ഇനിയും ശിരസ്സ് താഴ്ത്തിക്കൊടുക്കണോ എന്നതാണ് 2026-ലെ പ്രധാന ചോദ്യം.

Kerala stands at the threshold of another Assembly Election. The tactics employed by the LDF government and the Chief Minister to ensure a continuation of power are not merely political—they are raw chapters of rank opportunism. Behind the PR blitz and billboards worth crores, lies a web of double standards that must be exposed.
'Holy' Votes and 'Impure' Votes
When back-door deals are struck to secure SDPI and PDP votes from outside the front, it is somehow not communalism! E.P. Jayarajan, A. Vijayaraghavan, and V. Sivankutty won’t say "no" to anyone’s vote. They just make sure the name "SDPI" isn't uttered too loudly; the votes are taken in silence. However, if these same votes go to the opposition, it becomes a threat to democracy. If the Welfare Party supports the UDF, it is immediately branded as "Jamaat-e-Islami leading the Congress," a script straight from the RSS playbook. This "sanitization" process—where the votes they get are holy and the ones others get are a sin—is the hallmark of current "progressive" politics.
Morality and the Luxury of State Cars
In this regime, justice is served based on whose face is on the poster. Those involved in "women cases" can become Ministers. Wife-beaters can be Ministers or MLAs—or even the son-in-law of the leader! Even those accused of molesting a leader's daughter can become a Political Secretary. They can roam free in the luxury of State cars under the protection of the law. Meanwhile, political opponents are hunted down and arrested by the police in the dead of night. Simply put: "When we wear it, it’s a Bermuda; when the other guy wears it, it’s a Kalasam (shameful)." This is the "equal and beautiful" justice the "Double-Chested" leader offers Kerala.
Looting Funds and the Politics of 'Devouring'
They have become a group that doesn't hesitate to dip their hands even into funds meant for the grieving and the destitute. Those who pocketed the Flood Relief Fund while claiming to live on black tea and buns; those who siphoned off the funds for poor martyrs to feast on Porotta and Beef; those who swindled the Chooralmala disaster relief funds while serving Biryani... these are the self-proclaimed champions of progress! Those who even dipped into the gold of Sabarimala Lord Ayyappa to make "Payasam" are now playing their final cards using the Wayanad landslide funds. Turning disasters into profitable business ventures is a disgrace to Kerala.
The Government as an RSS Tool
The stage is being set for the RSS agenda in the state by unleashing anti-minority sentiments and sowing seeds of communal tension. The government is ready to dance to the anti-Muslim tunes of Vellappally Natesan, a known tool of the RSS. The "slave tongues" of the ruling front are now singing in chorus using the same language of hatred taught by the RSS. It is ironic that those who once bowed at the Jamaat-e-Islami office to secure MP seats are now denouncing them to trap the UDF, celebrating it as "heroism."
The 'Washing Machine' Politics of Corruption
INL, once kept at a distance as a communal party, and the K.M. Mani group of Kerala Congress, once excluded for not renouncing the "Church and the Priests," are now the darlings of the Left front. Even the party of R. Balakrishna Pillai, the only leader to be jailed in a corruption case, is now embraced. Why? Because they all fell at the feet of the "New Savior" and begged for mercy! Once these "corrupt" and "communal" elements fell at the Captain's feet, they were miraculously purified. While they were with the UDF, they were "howling communalists"; now, they are "heralds of progress."
Should We Bow Our Heads for the Third Step?
Voters who want to vote against the government will choose those best suited to defeat the rulers at the Center and in Kerala. However, PR agencies are flooding social media to make it look like voting for the opposition is a "sin" or "communal." Should Kerala continue to bow its head before this lust for power that sees everything favorable to itself as glorious? This is the ultimate question for 2026.
